“Before, managers would report risks after they happened. Now AI can predict problems, suggest improvements, and optimize resources,” he says.

When asked about advice for young professionals moving from technical roles to leadership, Jose stresses curiosity, empathy, and adaptability.

“Technology changes every day, but leadership is about people,” he says. “Combine technical skills with emotional intelligence, and you’ll be ready for leadership.”

Jose believes the next five years will be shaped by:
