Over time, Ariana’s roles evolved: Business Analyst → Project Manager → Acting Branch Chief → COO at Proveo Automation. Each step taught her that curiosity, adaptability, and a focus on results are what drive meaningful change.

Ariana approaches every project with a simple mindset: “What problem are we really trying to solve?”
